Healthy dogs only - Dogs visiting the city’s parks must be up-to-date on all their vaccinations including rabies. If your pet has been sick, or otherwise unwell, ensure they are fully recovered before your visit to the park.

Licenses please - Dogs in San Antonio must all be licensed. They should wear a collar, and a current licence tag, while using the parks, as well. There is also a limit of two dogs per adult, and children under 12 are not allowed in the City parks; be aware that some dog parks have separate areas for large and small dogs.

Don’t forget your leash - Although the fenced-in areas allow dogs to run and exercise off the leash, you must remember to put your pooch back on the lead before leaving the area.
